Shipping & Return Policy

In-Stock Purchases

  • Customers must notify the management team via contact from or by phone within 48 hours of purchase and obtain a return authorization number (RA#) to be able to return merchandise
  • All returns are for exchange or store credit only - refunds are subject to a general restocking fee based on management discretion only
  • Delivery and Pick-Up charges are non-refundable

Approval Items

  • Items sent out on approval must be returned within 24 hours unless otherwise communicated and arrangements are made with the management team and customer with a written return date on order
  • Must run all items as a sale (and do a credit memo if merchandise does not work during the 24 hour period)

Special Order Purchases

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds on any special ordered item

Should you be unsatisfied with your online purchase, we are here to help. Please read below for information on returns and exchanges of online items.

Online Purchase Return

If you received your order and the merchandise was damaged in shipping or if you wish to return it, please call our store within 72 hours. Once the item is received, we will refund the cost of the item excluding shipping and handling fees. We accept the return of item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Please note, return shipping fees apply. In many cases, we can provide you with replacement parts and service as needed.

Return Requirements

In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging. Please note, return shipping fees may apply.

Exchanges/Refunds

The returned item(s) are inspected immediately upon receipt. Any appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s); taxes are refunded in accordance with applicable state law. With the exception of damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery, and handling charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping or pickup fees may apply. Most refunds or credits are based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days following receipt of the return items for any credit or refund to display on your credit card statement.
